Main Training Center

  • The performance Training space is one of the most ideal training centres for offseason training. This 5000+sqft private gym will host a majority of our training sessions.
  • Turf and open training space: The artificial turf and open training space will be the perfect area for me to lead athletes through many of the difficult functional training sessions. This area is just over 20 yards long, which allows for a lot of seamless sled, sprint and speed training!
  • Resistance Training: with multiple squat racks, dumbbells, kettlebells, and much more, there will be plenty of space to work on all of the fun hockey specific strength training! 
  • Cardio Training: this year I’ll be looking to add some new pieces to the cardio section. Of course we have the spin bikes and rowers, but this year there may be a few other fun toys like a curved treadmill and assault bikes
